The Nike Dunk Low ¡°University Blue¡± is yet another collegiate-inspired colorway of the retro basketball and lifestyle shoe by Nike. Originating as part of Nike¡¯s ¡°Be True to Your School¡± collection dedicated to some of the most successful college basketball programs of the mid-80s, the Dunk will forever be tied to basketball, especially when Nike imagines the venerable shoe in colorways like the ¡°University Blue.¡± While not an official ¡°UNC¡± colorway, the look draws favorably from the team uniform colors of the North Carolina Tar Heels. The perforated toe, mid-panel, collar, and heel feature a white leather construction. University Blue leather can be found on the forefoot, eyelets, heel, and Swoosh branding. The two-tone color block is reminiscent of the Dunk¡¯s original college basketball-inspired colorways. A white ¡°Nike¡± logo is embroidered onto the heel and light blue ¡°Nike¡± and Swoosh insignias appear on the white nylon tongue tag.
